Can I schedule orders in advance?

Yes, as far ahead as 15 days! but if you want to order even earlier, feel free to contact us at support@bentocart.com

How do I add special instructions or requests?

For delivery instructions you can enter them at check out, other requests, contact us and we’ll coordinate with the restaurant for you.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, we accept cancellations up to 48 hours before the delivery date, after that we assume all orders are correct and finalized.
